I made a reservation through a booking platform and paid the full amount for two rooms, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me they hadn't actually booked the rooms for me. They made it easy to get a refund, but that left me with the problem of finding a new place to stay at midnight. It was a nightmare, especially since we had come from Villahermosa and were relying on this hotel. I've never had an issue like this with the booking platform before.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. The cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the place tidy and making sure everything was in order. It was a relief to see that the hotel was taking cleanliness seriously.
