The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was incredibly delicious, especially breakfast, which was fresh and full of flavor. The location is absolutely magical, surrounded by jungle and immersed in nature, giving the hotel a very peaceful and unique atmosphere. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the beautiful jungle setting and the warm hospitality.

We were treated like royalty, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable; they hardly had any trouble at all and we received a free upgrade to a villa, making this one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

Everything was magnificent. The location in Ubud was perfect, the grounds and pool were ideal, and everything else was great. A wonderful choice for a family, and the level of service was high.
