Great accommodation if you’re looking for a safari in Udawalawe; the guide was in charge of the lodging and we had a very good experience.

A stay at Deshan was really great; the room was spotless and roomy, the house brand new and the garden stunning with plenty of fruit trees. We also did our safari with Deshan, which we highly recommend – the experience was a hit, especially the breakfast in the park that was very enjoyable. We dined at Deshan again and it was delicious! The value for money was excellent. Deshan was very helpful and attentive, so we recommend this eco‑friendly lodge for your safari in Udawalawe. Nothing to complain about.
