There were BED BUGS in my room, leaving me with MORE THAN 20 BITES across my body. I also found termites in the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff handled the situation poorly. At first they seemed to doubt my claims, telling me termites don’t bite. After I showed them the bites and photos of the bed bugs, they only changed the sheets, which is insufficient for a serious infestation. The older gentleman who appeared to be the manager was rude and unhelpful; the other staff were polite, but the manager was dismissive and demeaning. Overall, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I’ve stayed in many places in Indonesia, and this is the first time I’ve encountered bed bugs. Given the price, the presence of bed bugs is completely unacceptable. If I had known, I would have stayed elsewhere. My preferred alternative, Rimba Eco, was fully booked.
