This beautiful hotel sits in a fantastic location and I’ll definitely return. All the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the rooms with an Eiger view are breathtaking. The pool is very nice and also offers a view of the Eiger. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The room was spotless and cozy. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Eiger, and we really enjoyed the mountain scenery. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the train station, with many good restaurants and a cable car nearby. The breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, and my room has a great view of the Eiger. However, the room décor and furnishings don’t look like a 4‑star hotel, and the breakfast is only average.

Everything is perfect. I’d like to come again and again.

The location is dream‑like, right on the Firstbahn with spectacular views of the Eiger. The rooms are extremely cozy and the atmosphere is very welcoming—our daughter was well taken care of. Overall, it was a flawless stay and we felt absolutely comfortable! We just wish we had known that the underground parking costs 20 CHF per day.
