We booked a large room with a king bed and a twin sofa in a connected room, which was perfect for our family. The staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast downstairs was lovely. The location was ideal, close to the opera house and main attractions. The bathroom was clean and spacious; the only missing element was a small shelf in the shower for toiletries and a few hooks for used towels—just a nitpick. Overall, it was a lovely hotel.

A very nice hotel. Thanks to Rim at reception for guiding us to visit Palermo. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious and breakfast was very good, with staff who were very friendly and helpful, but the traffic was a problem.

The hotel was very nice, with staff who were very helpful and a bed that was very comfortable. The furniture focused on style rather than comfort, and the room was minimalistic with no place to hang anything except in the wardrobe. The bathroom had the same issue—no place to hang clothes or a toilet bag, and no spot to put toiletries in the shower.
