“価格以上の満足感は有った”
Getting around was easy, yet the cleaning around the sink and toilet area left something to be desired, and there weren’t enough towel racks in the bathroom and washroom, making them awkward to use.

There was no internal phone or wake‑up call service; although the front desk lends a clock, the lack of a telephone means you can’t set a morning call, which feels insufficient, especially if you have a critical appointment the next day and can’t afford to be late. I won’t be returning.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable.

I stayed again at KOKO Marunouchi and requested a hard pillow at check‑in, which the friendly staff obliged. Both times the rooms were spotless and the bedding felt especially cozy. The only downside was that most rooms lack natural light because the hotel sits between two other buildings.

Being close to Fushimi and Marunouchi subway stations made getting around a breeze and there were two 7‑Eleven stores nearby, but the hotel, clearly a converted retail space, showed signs of aging equipment—though it never really caused any inconvenience.
