The accommodation has a great location, in the historic centre and close to the main sights. It offers a mini‑kitchen where we can prepare meals, which really helps with the stay. The host is very attentive and answered all questions before I even travelled. Check‑in was smooth and trouble‑free.

The property is in a good location. Self‑check‑in works. Inside it’s clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. I used the free late check‑out and recommend it. Personally, I’d invest in a more comfortable bed—what’s there now is weak! There’s no window in the property.

Everything is very clean and new. The room is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Nice extras include a coffee maker with capsules and frying oil. The sofa is decent for sleeping. Keyless check‑in and check‑out via code are very convenient. The room is in a perfect spot, just a short walk from the tourist centre. The room is tiny, but as a solo traveller I had more than enough space, so it wasn’t a downside for me personally, but it’s something others should note. Parking is a real struggle—the narrow Italian streets can be quite stressful since space is so limited. Locals park wherever they find a spot, even under “no parking” signs, but I didn’t want to risk it.

Great location, comfortable and quick accommodation, nice little gifts, relatively quiet spot and a short walk from the main part of the city.

A small, cozy, super‑equipped, clean new apartment. Perfect location near the old town, right by restaurants, shops, church and castle. Water and biscuits as a bonus. Excellent communication with the owner. Lamezia Terme impressed us—no non‑Italian tourists, a completely different world from the coast. The mattress could be firmer.
