The staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of parking and easy access to Highway 101, supermarkets, and restaurants. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower good. The fridge was always useful and had everything we needed. We even had a small patio at the front, which was nice. To be honest, the rooms need a makeover. I have stayed here many times and they look tired and dated. The lighting is dim and takes a while to turn on all the lamps just so you can see, so brighter bulbs, lighter paint, and carpets would help. Breakfast is very basic with somewhat unhealthy options that are more what you’d expect at a budget Days Inn‑type chain. This is a shame, as the breakfast area is light, airy, and pleasant to be in.
