Cleanliness, décor, and everything else were honestly beautiful, and the staff—especially the guy named Muadh—were excellent, with nothing to note.

The hotel has a very special location, and the reception staff—Mr. Muadh and Mr. Hossam—exhibited outstanding manners and excellent service. Thank you.
