The location is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage up the stairs.

The staff greeted me with smiles, the breakfast crew were especially helpful, the morning spread felt very American with free food and drinks, and the hotel is within walking distance of the sights. I have no complaints.
