The front desk staff were friendly, but everything else was almost terrible; the room was clean yet uncomfortable, I didn’t feel safe, many things were broken, and Hilton’s performance was far below expectations.

The handicap bathroom was helpful, but we were told we would receive a free night and yet we were charged for a night’s stay.

We booked two rooms for 8/31 through a prepaid reservation, but the hotel forced us to pay an extra $118 for the second room because they claimed the key couldn’t be released until payment was made. Now we’re stuck in a maze of paperwork to get a refund, and the friends in the second room even found bedbugs. Book at your own risk.

The check‑in was smooth and the Wi‑Fi was free, plus the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately the room was filthy, the floor hadn’t been mopped, and there were people’s clothes in the drawer. I even found a bottle of sex lube behind the microwave. There was no soap, no shampoo, no hair dryer, and the shower faucet was detached from the wall.
