The hotel sits just a ten‑minute walk from the main sights, and despite being on a busy street the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We loved the spacious lounge with board games, books and an all‑you‑can‑drink tea and coffee station, and even got to order from the restaurant on a Sunday when it was officially closed. Parking was cheap, but finding a spot in the 24‑hour lot was a bit of a mess.

Katie made us feel right at home, giving clear directions and a warm welcome. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast downstairs was solid. The guesthouse is smack in the city centre—just a short walk to Skanderbeg Square and a quick bus ride to Blloku.

The place is right in the middle of everything and the staff were always ready to help. However, sorting out the parking arrangement was a nightmare, especially with the heat turning the whole process into a sweaty ordeal.
