The hallway smelled awful and the doors were ancient. The dinner buffet was a let‑down.
“Quite disappointed!”
The pool area and the gym were decent, the hotel’s Italian restaurant was really good and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Most of the other staff were arrogant and unwilling to assist; we heard “Can you come later” a lot. Checking in took over an hour with no queue. They started arguing that we didn’t have breakfast included even though it was clearly listed in the booking.

The place is in a nice spot and you can get to everything on the mainland easily. The room itself was uncomfortable, the bathroom was a mess with water leaking into the room, there were no toiletries, and I had to keep calling the front desk as if I was begging for help.
