The place is right in the heart of Medina, and the staff were friendly, always available and kind.

The incredible kindness of Madame who prepared our breakfasts and cleaned the place was amazing—always smiling, adorable and attentive. The breakfasts were very good and very generous, and each day we discovered Moroccan specialties that felt magical. Thank you, Madame 🙏. Also, being able to pet Radhra, the house cat, in the morning was very pleasant 🥰. The room was impeccably clean, always hot water for showers, and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The view from the rooftop! Not being on a busy street in the Medina is an advantage, with little noise and therefore tranquility. Choosing the airport taxi service was very convenient; Omar came to pick us up from a door in the Medina, escorted us, and welcomed us with a bottle of fresh water. Thank you 🙏. The air conditioning was quite weak and far from the bed; we set it to 17 degrees but it didn’t cool the room quickly.

The riad is stunning, very clean, very quiet, pleasant and secure. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the whole Medina. Exits and entries are free at all hours. Breakfast is delicious. All staff are exceptional, extremely kind, attentive and caring. We had a car accident just before arriving at the riad and I contacted the establishment for help with our luggage; they were very quick to come and ultimately stayed on site with us to assist with administrative steps and all our bags. They also guided us around the Medina and did not charge any extra for the additional work. We are deeply grateful for their help, service, and kindness, and we had a wonderful stay thanks to them. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The riad is very well located (near Bab Guissa). A big thank you, especially to Khadra, for her endless kindness (and excellent breakfasts!) 🤗 Issan was also perfect! Omar, whom I didn’t see, nevertheless made sure to guide me almost step by step so I could find the riad upon arrival. Great value for money!
