The hosts were excellent and the breakfast was amazing – places would charge a fortune for breakfast alone, never seen so much on offer. They handled intolerances well and had plenty of dairy‑free options if needed. The smoked salmon was also great. I felt they were doing an amazing job. The location is fantastic, in the nicer part of G. Yarmouth, quiet, and the room had plenty of space. The shower probably needs renovation, but the price reflects that and it didn’t bother us. I felt bad for the host that people demanded cake – you should charge extra for that 🥰

The staff were very friendly but not overpowering, very helpful with dietary needs, the place was very clean and had everything you could need plus a microwave in the room. It was so quiet I never heard other guests coming and going, even as I was listening for them (friends). There was hardly any outdoor noise either. I asked the owners what pillows they used and what shampoo/conditioner was available, and they were very nice. They were helpful with an unknown check‑in time. Overall a lovely stay, definitely recommend and would go again. My only tiny dislike was the use of plug‑in air fresheners downstairs (they make me chesty and sneezy). The only other downside was searching for parking on the road, which could be a bit of a challenge, but most times we were lucky and got parked right outside or really close.
I found the rooms exceptionally tidy, the beds super comfy, and the breakfast spread absolutely delightful—no complaints at all.

Very nice hosts, family‑like atmosphere, good breakfast freshly prepared (with delicious cake) and they met personal wishes. Room: as in the photos, spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Nothing.
