Breakfast was good and varied, the coffee was like in Naples, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived the bathroom was filthy, with hair, a full trash bin and a glass shard on the floor, plus an item left by the previous guest. The listing said slippers would be provided, yet we couldn’t find any. After we complained they only half‑cleaned the room, still leaving hair and the glass piece. Breakfast was poor; once the supplies ran out they weren’t restocked. All of this for a night that cost €144 for two adults and a child.
