The reception staff were super friendly and helped us get to the airport; the rooms were huge and everything was excellent. I couldn't really enjoy the hotel because it was just a stopover.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioner couldn’t be changed.

The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi tub and strong water pressure, and the king‑size beds were very comfortable, plus the bedroom carpet was nice, but the lighting was a bit confusing.

It was easy to find and very clean; I didn’t interact much with staff, but the two people who did help were great.

The hotel sits on a side street just off the main thoroughfare, so it’s surprisingly quiet despite being in the centre, but the desk only had a sofa and no proper chair, and it would have been nice if they had provided a yukata.
