My booking, made in August through booking, was for 12 people. Only on 3 October, fifteen days before our arrival, was I contacted via WhatsApp by a business number linked to an activity named "Tramonti Apartments". The message said that the property I had booked and confirmed through booking could not host all 12 guests, and that 4 people would have to stay in two other separate properties. I was also contacted by a certain Lorenzo, the manager of the other two properties "Alloggi Avezzano 02" and "risorgimento", who reassured me that each of those two accommodations could host 2 people. However, in the room at "Risorgimento" there were no towels for two people, and in the room at "Alloggi Avezzano 02" there was a single bed and only one towel. The next day, in that same room, the water and electricity went out. Even though I contacted the host multiple times, they did not reply and arrived late, leaving other guests waiting unshelled under the shower. There was also no shower gel in the dispensers. I strongly advise against staying here.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.

I arrived at BeB and the host claimed they hadn’t received my booking, even though I had confirmation that morning; the rooms were open and still had trash from previous guests—truly a nightmare with no explanation or welcome from the host.
