The property was clean, well-equipped, and the host was courteous. I do think the price is high, even though it reflects the market standard.

Silvana is a nice lady. We asked for breakfast early in the morning and she left everything prepared for us. The room had a comfy bed, a nice balcony, and a pleasant setting. It was located in a safe, clean area with good access to the city center, and the price was good. The room is part of Silvana’s apartment and doesn’t have a separate entrance; to reach it you have to pass through her living room, next to her bedroom and bathroom. She was private and gave us space, but we didn’t feel 100 % comfortable, especially when we returned later at night and made noise in the living room while passing by her bedroom. Her personal items were left in the living room and corridor on sight. The bathroom was a bit old and wasn’t super clean; there was a build‑up of stone and dirt in some places. However, the towels and bathroom rug were clean and fresh.
