A 10! This accommodation is amazing, the room is huge, very clean, and everything was organized with great care. The family is charming, made us feel at home, and cooked a delicious dinner for us. They’re very pleasant and attentive at all times. Definitely, if we return to Sri Lanka we would stay here again for at least 2 nights. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay in Ariya Tissa for our 2 nights; the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We booked a safari leaving early in the morning and they made sure we had a packed breakfast to take with us. On our second night we dined there and were served a plethora of fantastic freshly cooked foods, plus a lovely curd dessert that morning. I also want to highlight the shower—it was truly exceptional and the best shower of our entire trip in Sri Lanka, a very welcome treat after a full day safari in the heat!

The place we stayed at in Sri Lanka is by far the most beautiful I've seen. Ariya Tissa takes care of every tiny detail, and the room itself was gorgeous; the whole property feels special in every corner. What really makes it unforgettable are the people—staff who are professional, kind, empathetic, friendly, and genuinely wonderful. From arrival to departure they made us feel at home, and we had lovely conversations about our cultures that added depth to the trip. It was such an amazing experience that we wished we could have stayed another night. A tip: dine here—the best meal of our Sri Lankan journey. We chose the full menu and didn’t regret a single dish. I strongly recommend booking a stay here; the place is fantastic, but the people make it even better. Ariya Tissa and everyone we met will stay with us for a long time.

The hotel is excellent, with just two rooms that are spotless and spacious, the staff are incredibly kind, and the dinner prepared on request was also great; there was nothing wrong at all, everything was perfect.
