We traveled to Mexico City for work and the experience at Ubicuo was perfect, so much so that we’ll return in October and it has already become our go‑to hotel in CDMX. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant; the location is ideal and the breakfast deserves a special mention: made on the spot, very good, and a great way to start the day. But the best part is the staff—a team of 10, always attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Special shout‑out to Manolo, who was exceptional; his recommendations were always spot on and his care made our stay even better. When you travel for work, it’s especially appreciated to find a place where everything is easy and you feel truly at home. We already have a hotel lined up for our next visits to Mexico City. See you again in October!

The room was huge, the shower worked wonderfully, the bed was large, the internet was fast and the Smart TV was excellent; the breakfast staff were very attentive and polite. Still, cleaning was inconsistent—some days they didn’t show up and when they did the work was subpar, and room 303 had a leak at the bathroom‑shower door that dripped onto the floor, forcing us to keep towels handy.

The place was spotless, the staff were super attentive, the location was great, and the gym was brand new and fully equipped; absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location was great, but the bathroom was comfortable yet the water would splash out of the shower.
