“Noite Confortável”

Gustavo at reception was super efficient and friendly, helping with everything we asked; the room we stayed in was huge, the king bed was incredibly comfortable, the bedding and towels were soft, the living room sofa was also comfy, the bathroom was great and the shower had warm water; breakfast was good and the place was quiet. The Wi‑Fi in the room was weak and the air‑conditioner was old and noisy; we were in room 42 and it seems some rooms have split units, so check that.

I liked the flexible check‑in times and the breakfast, but the building’s condition, its cleanliness and the overall organization left a lot to be desired.

The value for money was good, everything was clean, breakfast was nice, the location was very convenient, the area was calm and quiet, and the shower was excellent. The parking lot was extremely tight and only a few small repairs are needed (air‑conditioner, chipped bathroom floor, older mattress). Nothing interferes with use, just a touch of newness would help.

The staff made the biggest difference, exceeding expectations; everyone at reception was helpful and friendly, and the bedding was very clean. The hotel could use a makeover, as the interior feels dated, especially the bathrooms and furniture.
