We never stayed there but managed to get a refund on a supposedly non‑refundable booking after about two hours of effort; the hotel itself looks completely rundown and far from a four‑star property, clearly in need of a major renovation.

The resort is huge and has been around for years, the staff are very friendly, breakfast is great, but it’s easy to get lost searching for the house. The various pool areas need renovation, and there’s a lot of algae that still needs to be removed. It’s suitable for large events and a car is essential.

I liked the atmosphere of this hotel, but there was one major drawback. The TV wasn't in good working condition, which was frustrating. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's ambiance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its excellent location making it easy to get around. However, the hotel itself is quite old and could use some renovation to improve its cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel's age shows in its worn-out facilities.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major issues with my room. The lack of hot water and an old, poorly functioning TV made my stay quite frustrating. I was expecting a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, but it fell short in several areas.
