The location is simply superb, incredibly convenient. The staff are amazing—very caring, attentive, and responsive. The room impressed with its interior: very beautiful, stylish, and cozy. Cleanliness in the kitchen area was an issue; small ants were spotted in the shared kitchen zone, so the hotel should address this.

We stayed here with my daughter and loved the accommodations; the price was very affordable and budget‑friendly. The guest house is 5 minutes from Registan. Rooms were clean, linens fresh, and the room had a shower and bathtub with soap and shampoo provided. The courtyard is very green and beautiful, with comfortable benches for relaxing. All staff speak fluent Russian, are very helpful and hospitable. They assisted with currency exchange, provided a private transfer to the pharmacy and nearby shops. When my daughter got lost in the city and was missing for 2 hours, the staff showed incredible support, quickly finding her and easing my stress. At checkout they took us to Registan and arranged a taxi. Service was top‑level, and the price‑quality ratio is simply superb! Everything was liked.
