Getting to the room was easy and the staff were friendly. We booked for two separate nights. On 12/4/24 we were assigned two rooms without heat; we asked to be moved and they accommodated us. On 12/7/24 we were again put into two rooms without heat; we requested a move but no other rooms were available. The heating issue persisted and we should have been warned ahead of time. They offered a space heater and blankets. The room was 50 °F when we arrived and only 63 °F the next morning even with the space heater running all night. We asked for a refund; the staff said they would refund, but it never appeared on my card.

The location was great, but the room stayed cold because the heat didn’t work, and for the first night and until 10 am the next morning there was no hot water to shower in.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable, though the shower curtain and rod were rusted and needed replacement. I knew about the ongoing construction for the pool when we booked; it didn’t affect our stay but it did reduce the number of guests, which may have impacted staffing. I had to request new towels because rooms are only cleaned after your third night, so I asked at 9 am as we were leaving for the day, and they were finally delivered around 10 pm after I had inquired at the front desk many hours earlier.

Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. Renovations ongoing for over a year on same area of hotel. TV's haven't worked in over 9 months. Mold heavy on shower curtain. Room itself smelled funky
