The place was clean and well‑located, but the staff disappointed me. I arrived at 5 am and asked for early check‑in; they said it would start at 8 am for 20 €. The room was ready by 11 am and I was asked to pay 20 € for that early hour. When I pointed out it was only an hour, they claimed it should have been 40 €, yet I had a 20 € discount for that hour. The policy on the wall stated early check‑in for 20 € starting at 8 am.
