“Perfect Family Stay in Paradise”
We spent a week in a spacious family room with a private pool, bringing my parents, my 7‑year‑old daughter, and me, and the whole experience was genuinely impressive from start to finish. Before arriving, we had booked all transfers through the hotel, including the ride from our Bangkok hotel to Koh Samet; at the exact agreed time a large, comfortable vehicle was ready for us, and the entire trip went smoothly without a single hiccup. The hotel itself is stunning, supremely comfortable, and impeccably clean, but the staff left the biggest impression. Their service, kindness, friendliness, and eagerness to help were truly outstanding; even the smallest issue was addressed immediately. When I sprained my ankle while swimming, the staff cared for me wonderfully, cleaning and dressing the wound each morning and evening with a smile and genuine concern—something that will stay with us forever. The food was excellent, offering a wide range of international options so that even those not accustomed to Thai cuisine could find something they liked, and breakfast was fantastic. We stayed from September 5th to September 12th; I had been worried about the weather during the low season, but both the weather and the sea turned out to be wonderful. Ao Cho Bay is well sheltered from wind, so the sea stayed calm, allowing us to swim from morning until evening every day. If you’re after a tranquil holiday on a tropical island surrounded by friendly people from around the world, this place is an excellent choice, with a calm, relaxed, and very pleasant atmosphere.
