The staff was very kind, and there were no other issues.

The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful. The beds and linens were comfortable. However, the snack machines were broken, the ice machines didn’t work, garbage was in the halls, and general areas were dirty. The bathroom was clean but looked unsightly and needed upgrades. Towels were small and old, and breakfast had a poor selection with no juice.

The spot is in a handy area, but I woke up with bed‑bug bites and the place felt gross.

Free shuttle. Location where we could walk 1/3 mile and get ethnic food to go: Thai, Jamaican, and Mexican. Liquor store also close for wine etc. Only a five minute drive to the airport. Our room key didn't work. Replacement keys didn't work either so they put us into another room which solved the problem
