Honestly, I was expecting a lot more from a 5-star hotel, but what I got was pretty subpar. The service was bad and the facilities seemed more like something you'd find at a 2-star hotel. For the price they're charging, I expected way more.

I had to ask for hot water in my room, and it wasn't until then that I got it. The hotel staff was responsive, but it was a bit of a hassle.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but honestly, it didn't feel like a great value for the price. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. Still, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was paying a bit too much for what I got. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not amazing.
