The room was spacious, with a big bed and high ceilings that I liked; it’s in a prime spot for exploring Naples and the noise level was fine. I received a code and keys, so getting into the room was hassle‑free, and I was surprised how dark the room stayed at night with only shutters—nice! The bed felt a bit firm, but it was still acceptable.

Overall a good accommodation with great value; we shared the four‑bedroom room. The size and furnishings were excellent. Unfortunately, the view wasn’t what the description promised: instead of a courtyard, it looked out onto a side street of Via Toledo, with huge noise both day and night. It was far too loud to sleep undisturbed.

The service was very good and the place felt safe, but the bed sheets and towels never changed during my four‑day stay. The apartment sits in the old town, and the exterior looks pretty run‑down. The bed was very hard, which caused me a lot of lower back pain.
