The hotel's cleanliness and comfort definitely made a positive impression on me
One of the standout features of this hotel was its fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel's pool area was clean and well-maintained
The continental breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of options to start the day

I received an email for pre‑check‑in from the last quarter and they tried to charge my card twice even though my room had already been paid in full; I called them but couldn’t reach them, and when I finally did, they didn’t understand what I was talking about.
“Thaw perfect place to stay while visiting UND.”
This property is very clean, comfortable and well kept
“I will attempt to avoid this hotel in future”
The location was great, the bed was cozy and the AC was sufficient, but the pool looked filthy and the shower was cold with weak water pressure.
“It was ok.”
The beds were very comfortable, but there were many smudges and hair on the walls, a smear of blood next to the toilet, the bottom of the mini‑fridge was full of dirt and dust, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke; if it was a smoking room, it would have been nice to be offered a non‑smoking alternative.
The rooms were tidy and comfy, but the hot breakfast items ran out an hour before the service finished, so I missed a hot breakfast.
