Nice location off the busy street but still very close to the beach and everything else. Nice tile. Kinda private. Plenty of room on the patio for hanging wet swimsuits, and such. The electrical outlets were worn out; it was hard to find one that would hold my adapter without it falling off. It’s just a room; if that’s what you’re looking for it’s good, but if you want a resort with a restaurant, concierge desk, and that sort of thing, look elsewhere.

The place sits in Panagsama, Moalboal, just about 3 minutes from the beach, various restaurants, and dive shops. The staff were friendly and straightforward, replying to messages in roughly half a day.

Close to the beach and the staff were helpful. The water pressure was pretty weak.
