The location was good and the room had heated floors, overall it was decent. Breakfast was mediocre and there was a pool, but we didn’t have time to use them. The room was dirty; a smelly rag lay on the floor in the bathroom, apparently for the floor. In the morning there was no water, and they wouldn’t let us leave. In the courtyard nearby there were abandoned buildings. They didn’t give a discount for the inconvenience and also didn’t return the 1000 dram deposit! The room was stale, at most a one‑night stay, and for that price you could find something better.

Nothing positive. The accommodation had a strong mold smell, the walls were damp and the plaster was peeling. We opened the windows on arrival, but ultimately gave up and found another place. It’s right on the highway. Totally bad, not recommended.

“Смердить страшно цигарками”

Nothing positive. We couldn’t check in because of a cigarette smell; the alternate room offered also had an unpleasant odor and the stairs (we have a child, so we couldn’t risk it) so we declined. The hotel owners wanted payment for keeping the room for us from 12 to 15.

“Horrible expérience!!!!! A fuir!!!!”

We thought we were booking a hotel, but the place was gone – just an abandoned building. A guy handed us keys, but there was no Wi‑Fi and we were lost in a wasteland with no shops. Luckily we split up and found a real hotel in Sevan’s center.
