The original construction of this stunning old villa was tastefully enhanced with modern touches, giving it an authentically Provencal vibe. A park‑like garden with a pool and centuries‑old trees—one supposedly slept under Napoleon—and a roof terrace form a quiet haven after exploring the surroundings. Breakfast is amazing, tailored to your preferences and served with a smile. Its spot between Cannes, Antibes and the hinterland (Grasse!) makes it ideal for trips in any direction, whether by car, train (5 min walk) or bus. The beach, harbor, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The car is parked safely on the fenced private grounds. The hosts are very open and friendly, the house is well run and very quiet. The immediate neighborhood is a bit less picturesque, but that fades instantly once you step through the old wooden gate into the garden.

The location scores a perfect 10; it’s far enough from the busy city yet only a few blocks from the beach and the grounds feel very private. Breakfast was fantastic. The owners live there and run the place themselves. Everything was great—nothing to dislike.
