Tia Lu was literally LIGHT!!! Super attentive, dedicated, and very kind. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable to enjoy Tropicadelia. We’ll definitely recommend her and come back.

It’s a good option for those who want to pay little and have a basic spot to rest, eat, shower, and sleep. There are small details in the hostel that would greatly improve the environment, mainly related to organization and minor upgrades.

The staff were really friendly and made the place feel home‑y, which I appreciated. Too bad the restaurant was closed for dinner, so we had to find somewhere else to eat.

The owner was super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The bathroom, however, had no hook for hanging clothes and the toilet seat didn’t even have a lid.

Service was okay, but the bed had broken, flimsy slats and my shampoo vanished after I left it in the bathroom—someone must have taken it. The place feels like a theft hotspot; you really need to lock up your stuff.
