I liked the breakfast, though the juice names were missing; they were hot with ice, but salty options were limited. The bedding and room were very comfortable, and the towels were excellent. However, we found two spiders in our room and didn’t call reception because we killed them with a flip‑flop. There were also webs and dust on the wooden walls. The pool opened very late at 10 am and had many bugs, leaves, and basic maintenance issues. Check‑in/check‑out staff were scarce; the attendant was juggling several tasks, so hiring more people for reception would help. The apartment lighting was a bit dim; a smart, functional lighting system would be nice. The curtains were made of ilhós, letting morning sun in, so better curtains would improve privacy. The accommodation lacked a distinctive scent or welcoming ambiance, and the TV could have been set to a fireplace or cozy music with better lighting for a surprising touch.

Everything about the pool, room, sauna, and breakfast was great. Nothing was lacking.

The common areas are pleasant and well maintained, the room is spacious, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The apartment’s accessibility is an issue – if I had known the room was on the third floor I would have paid extra for a first‑floor room. I would have liked a diet or sugar‑free dessert; my nephew is diabetic and only had fruit for dessert, a diet gelatin would have been better.

We really enjoyed the food (a varied buffet and tasty dishes), the hotel’s facilities with a heated pool, a pool with toys and a playground, and the recreation and activities for kids. Our son loved Aunt Janaína, Uncle Pedro, Uncle Ravi, and the entire recreation team, whose care and attention we appreciate.
