The hotel didn’t give us a room when we arrived. They asked for prepayment, we paid it, but in the end we got no room and no refund.

The hotel's serene and refreshing location in a pine forest near Lake Tuyen Lam sounds idyllic, but be aware that it's not exactly convenient for foodies without a car. You'll be stuck with limited dining options within walking distance, so it's best to have a vehicle to explore the city.

I was really impressed with the hotel's nhậu scene - they had a great selection of drinks and the atmosphere was lively. However, the real kicker was the exorbitant fee for using the kitchen facilities, which was way too high. The extra charge for cooking in the room was a major bummer, especially considering how many other hotels offer this service for free. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag, but the nhậu was definitely a highlight.
