The welcome from Mrs. Cinzia was excellent, very kind, helpful and attentive to guests’ needs. The place is in a great spot, ideal for visiting Palermo’s center and walking to the main sights. We especially appreciated the attention to detail: there was a dental kit, a bathroom kit and even earplugs, a small but really appreciated touch for more peace at night. The environment is cared for, clean and welcoming, and you feel the care with which the place is run. A pleasant stay that made us feel comfortable right away. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit Palermo staying in a convenient spot with thoughtful and caring hospitality. A small improvement that could make the stay even more comfortable would be having a fridge in the room.

We spent three beautiful days; the room was perfect, and we were greeted by Cinzia who gave us loads of tips on activities, places to visit, and where to eat. The room was brand new, spotless, and fragrant. Plus, the bathroom felt like a spa, so beautiful 🤍 everything was taken care of in every detail, highly recommended!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic district, close to everything. The only downside is street noise, but that’s expected in such a busy area, so no problem.

The building is nicely furnished, spacious, and comfortable. I was there for work and the central spot made it easy to walk everywhere and have everything close by. It can get a bit noisy at night because many nearby bars stay open late.
