They let us check in late when we were running behind, which was kind and helpful. The room was all new, basic but perfect for a stop en route just off the main road. The entrance is a little hard to find because you need to go around the other side of the building to the bar to check in and then they take you around the back to the accommodation entrance.

The property is a few kilometres from the motorway. The room is on the second floor and a lift is available. A fridge is in the room. The property has a spacious pizzeria/restaurant open from 19:00 and a wide range of alcohol. The pizza is good. The air‑con is a fan instead of a standard air‑conditioner, which I think is considerably less efficient. If you like cool nights, in hot Italy this could be a problem.

The owner was kind and available on the phone. The room was far below expectations and inconsistent with the posted photos. In the ground‑floor bathroom there was a dirty rug and no bidet. Breakfast was not available. The price was completely out of line with the service and room quality.
