The location was fine and very quiet, and the room size was acceptable. What was impossible was that at an outside temperature of 11 °C there was no heating, so I could only sleep under two blankets and a coat. I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone; they gave me a wrong number. Part of the bathroom was dirty. The lack of heating at 11 °C, the inability to contact reception, and the dirty bathroom were completely unacceptable.

The only thing that bothered me was the loud party outside; the room didn’t look like the picture at all.

We booked a room with four beds, but when we arrived they told us they only had two rooms with two beds each, which was impossible for our family with two kids. The reception staff didn’t speak any English, so we had to leave without staying. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
