“Second time staying at this hotel; would definitely stay again”

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious accommodations that felt more like a suite than a standard hotel room. This extra room allowed my mom to rest comfortably in bed while I could watch TV in the adjacent space, which was a lovely perk. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable, and the soft sheets only added to the overall relaxation experience. However, there was a minor hiccup when the TV stopped working, requiring a quick trip to the front desk to get it fixed.

“Some difficulties with checking in. Had to find emails to prove stay cost”

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I encountered a bit of a hiccup during check-in when there was some confusion regarding the cost of my booking and my room request, which hadn't been noted beforehand. Thankfully, everything got sorted out in the end.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had some lovely features, but unfortunately, it also had some drawbacks. The fireplace and grill were great additions, but I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning wasn't working, and there were bugs in the pull-out beds and towels. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay, but I hope the hotel addresses these problems soon.

“Clean, comfortable. Great staff except breakfast staff”

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a mixed experience for me. On the bright side, the breakfast they offered was quite satisfying, although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any coffee available. However, the real letdown was the service at the breakfast area, where the staff member seemed completely unfriendly and uncooperative. She even blocked the food area, forcing us to navigate around her, and her response to our complaint about the lack of coffee was completely unhelpful.
