When I arrived, there was no one to greet me; I had to call the owners using a number on an advertising board, telling them I had booked and paid online, and that no one was at reception. They said they would call back shortly, but to this day no one has called. I always use this place, but this time I was deeply disappointed and requested a refund.

I liked that the place was safe, had secure parking, and the rooms were clean. I didn't like how the TV worked, especially with the remote not functioning, and it showed WiFi was available but gave no password.
