The welcome, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the room were excellent, and the central location is easily reachable.

The property is located right in the center of Fermo, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the old town, and I was thrilled sipping coffee there in the morning. The cleanliness and staff interaction were superb, and I would gladly return.
