“Location was good but facilities were not up to Hampton Inn standards”

The staff were friendly. The property felt quite dated, the carpets were stained, the bathtub didn’t drain properly and the bathroom faucet sprayed water. Parking spaces were too close together.

“This hotel is unreliable”

Nothing good. The staff were rude… they cancelled our reservation without warning right before check‑in, leaving us with no place to stay after booking weeks ahead. When I called, they said “a couple of rooms had a leak and yours was one of them.” Odd, only a couple of rooms and no others were available? Yet the parking lot was almost empty.

“Great staff...Unusual Room”

The location was great! The staff was friendly!. We had issues with the AC in our room leaking water. Eventually, a damp, unpleasant smell started to occur because of this issue. Also, the door to the restroom was unusual. It was 1 sliding door that was shared with the closet and restroom . However, the door had no lock so there wasn't a way to lock the door when utilizing the restroom. Adding to that, there were gaps between the door which really didn't help maintain privacy

“Nice but housekeeping and maintenance could improve.”

Property was nice. Rooms were not as clean as expected. One tissue was stuffed in the top of tissue box and box was empty. Toilet seat lid had 2 carved footprints on the top of lid. Lid was broken and slid to one side. When I inquired about where the ice machine was located I was told that it might not be working that day as it was temperamental
