“Gone downhill, management needs to step it up”
This place used to be a staple for us, but lately it’s slipped. When we arrived our room wasn’t cleaned properly; they said it was just construction dust, yet I found marks on the mirror after a shower, proving otherwise. I ended up wiping the whole room, even the headboard with handprints—gross—and sweeping it after asking the front desk for a broom. They offered to move us, but I declined because the dust seemed minor and my son was already sleeping after a long drive. I wish I’d moved instead of cleaning. I’ve notified management and will see if they follow up.
