The owner was very helpful. The location allows easy access to Parque dos Saltos and the city center. It’s very quiet and peaceful. A water dispenser or a filter would have been nice for drinking water, and the brightness can be a bit disruptive for people who have trouble sleeping, which is my case.

The rooms are basic but come with everything you need and they stay tidy. The spot is handy, in a quiet area, and there’s a gated parking lot that feels safe. For the price you get a lot, and the owner is quick to help whenever you ask.

The place feels clean and welcoming, and it’s right where you want to be for getting around. The only downside is the gate that clunks loudly at night, making it sound like someone’s coming in. It would be nicer if it could be locked and each guest given a key for extra peace of mind.

The rate is hard to beat, which is great if you’re watching your budget. Unfortunately, the room gets sweltering when it’s really hot outside, and there aren’t enough fans or any air‑conditioning to cool it down. It feels pretty muggy in the heat.
