Tracy was absolutely lovely and attentive, and the room was clean enough for me and my partner, though the shower alternated between hot and cold and the pressure felt a bit low, probably because we were on a higher floor.

The bed was extra comfy and the owner was very kind; we occasionally got a good signal, but after we left to go out and returned it was bad again. There were a few paintless marks on the back wall near the entrance and near the other room, and the signal in Blackpool itself was pretty weak, though nothing was wrong with the hotel.

We were upgraded to a family room on arrival, which was a decent size, and the owner was very friendly; we’ll be back in the future.
