The breakfast was great, and the location is close to BTS stations, but the cleanliness needs work—towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed, and there’s no Wi‑Fi, so expect a price hike next time.

For the price I don’t have many complaints, but the breakfast is very basic—just a rice porridge or quick chicken rice, sliced bread with jam, dehydrated coffee or loose tea, and the staff are not at all pleasant.

The place is strategically located near the BTS, but the room is very basic, the staff are indifferent, and the rooms should cost less.
