We returned to stay at the cabin after 28 years; it’s a mountain cabin, you arrive with a backpack, not as some say you’re brought by car somewhere in the middle of the forest. It would be wise to check before booking. The cabins at the mountain peak aren’t for the “pretentious.” The location is quiet, the food decent, prices the same, and the winter scenery is superb.

Nimic niste hoti!!. Nu recomand nimanui,hoti,hoti si iar hoti.Am facut rezervarea seara asta in conditiile in care nu se poate ajunge dupa ora 15.00 cu nici-un transport in comun sau masina personala.nespecificand ,am sunat sa im returneze bani si am fost luata in bataie de joc au ras si au glumit pe bani si seama mea,au zis ca la ora aia doar pe jos mai pot ajunge o ora jumate prin padure si ca nu ma mananca ursul sa stau linistita,in conditiile in care aveam si un copil mic cu noi,RUSINE!!

I was looking for accommodation in Predeal and the listing claimed the cabin was 3.8 km from the town centre, but it actually sits on the mountain top between Azuga and Predeal. They say there’s parking, yet you can’t reach it by car. I called the owner seven times and only got a response after 4 p.m.; he told me I couldn’t get there with two kids, that I’d have to walk through the snow, and then he hung up. They’re charging people for nothing. I even filed a complaint with the police because the details on Booking differ.

“Gazda ofera informatii false!”

I couldn’t get to the cabin because it’s isolated in the mountains. To reach it, you park your car at the Clăbucet spot, take a chairlift (100 lei per person), then walk 40–50 minutes through forest and snow. The listing never says it’s isolated and that access is only via the south through forest and snowdrifts. My wife, our two kids (2 and 3 years old) and luggage… we had to walk with a 4×4 parked at Clăbucet.
